When you book this call, you agree to give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a €100 rescheduling fee, payable before a new appointment can be made, unless the delay is due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control and you inform us as soon as reasonably possible.
